1. Are the products natural?

Our products are 100% natural and handmade in small batches.


2. What are your business hours?

We are open Tuesday-Saturday 9am-6pm

3.  How long will it take to ship my order?

Our current processing time is 3-5 business days.  Our current shipping time is 3-7 business days.

Please verify that your address is correct on your order.  Once the order is processed and a change of address is needed there will be a an additional $10 relabel/reshipping fee and you will be have to repay shipping charges.

4.  Do you offer refunds/exchanges?

Due to our products being handmade we do not offer refunds or exchanges.  ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  Please email customer service at customerservice@amorebodyessentials.com with any additional questions.  Allow 48 hours for a response.

5. Can I add products to my order once it’s completed?

Unfortunately we aren’t able to add products to an order once the order is completed.

7. What happens if my package damaged when I receive it?

Email us at customerservice@amorebodyessentials.com with order number and pictures of damaged package  within 3 days of package delivery.  We will then resend the damaged product. The customer is responsible for the shipping charges.
